CFIA Traceability Case Study Package

This directory is a self-contained content package for a snapshot-in-time public case study intended to publish at src/intelligence/cfia-traceability-case-study/.

Publishable outputs live at the package root: index.md and claim-ledger.md. Source inputs are copied into inputs/ as a read-only local snapshot. Build planning and synthesis notes live in analysis/.

This package is a proof-of-concept artifact, not an ongoing monitoring system. It should describe a bounded window of evidence rather than imply continuous updates.

Build Workflow

1. Build the coverage matrix in analysis/coverage-matrix.md.
2. Pull supporting extracts and factual anchors from files in inputs/.
3. Draft the public narrative in index.md.
4. Record claim classes, sourcing status, and uncertainties in claim-ledger.md.
5. Verify dates, evidence boundaries, and relative links, then publish.

All internal links in this package should remain relative for portability.
